Yikes! I totally agree with Steve! ;-)

There is also the matter that a full release will get perhaps 10 times the exposure of the Betas, and therefore some multiple of the possibilities of new bugs being found.

This RC period has certainly ferreted out a good number of them, and there is a good probability that several more will be found with the additional exposure.

My thought would be to continue the moratorium (at least on major ZEPs) for 3 or 4 months in order to work toward a bug-fix 1.51 version.
