[Docs] HLP file wording for ZNOLOG.INI.   [Docs]

ztw.hlp only describes ZNOLOG.INI's function in the 3.14 list of config files, which states:

ZNOLOG.INI Contains a list of pathnames that should be excluded from

branch logging or full disk logging operations. The command

line switch /ZN can be used to disable the use of this file.

What's with the "should". Lets be more confident and use "will" or "are"
.
.
.

Also, shouldn't:-) there be an entry under 2.9 Log Options, which describes ZNOLOG.INI a bit more fully. At least provide the info contained as remarks in the ZNOLOG.IN_ file which are as follows.

; Rename this file to ZNOLOG.INI to activate it
;
; The following paths will be excluded when performing branch and full disk logging
; Leading and trailing *'s are supported as wildcards. Use a leading * instead of
; a drive letter to match the pathname on any drive
;
; This file is loaded at startup, and following Alt-F10,F3
;
; You may use Alt-Log,Unlogged Branches Only - to force the logging of the
; directories excluded by this file
;
; Comments begin with ';', blank lines are ignored

Maybe add the bit about the /ZN switch too.
