> I use New Date (with time==midnight) a *lot* and have been used to I set the time to 12:00 to indicate that I have set the time myself in two cases. One, where I have created a readme type file that I what to appear adjacent to another file (as results since I use a date sort). 2nd, if I am setting the date of an executable and I do not know what the original hh:mm was. I can't recall why I chose 12:00 instead of 0:00.
