On startup, rpVT is hunting for 'ConsoleWindowClass' application windows which contain the string "ZTreeWin" somewhere in the title.

So I'd suggest trying the following from F9 or eXecute (adapt to your paths):

START "ZTreeWin" %#ZTHome%\rpvt\rpVT.exe /xq

I would omit the part /zd%#ZTHome%\, as it brings in an extra hunting condition.
