As I wrote, it is much easier to start with the siZe option. It doesn't take any time and you already see all files of identical size in the list. Only if you then cannot spot identical files visually by name (and path) I suggested to use the content option afterwards. I don't see how this can be improved any further.

Well, these "groups" start and end with each change in file size.
