OK, is it really this easy?

The ZTREE.INF file installs ZTreeWin in the file context menus of Windows Explorer.

And as Liviu reminded me, right click on any file name -- in the Open or Save file dialog of any app -- and then select "ZTreeWin" to launch a new instance of ZTree at that location.

Highlighting (in ZTree) the exact file to open is more than I asked for.
