I was assuming you were using a touch tablet.

Too bad Autohotkey doesn’t work on mobile platforms...

FWIW, this is what it looked like on my Blackberry Bold (which incidentally has no touch screen but a keyboard):


But it seems Victor has already adjusted the page; when switching to column mode, the BB browser also showed the index link on top of the Donate button, but it no longer does so.

I use the Autopager extension. No need to click any 'next', you just keep scrolling down... Though that doesn’t work with this forum, and I haven’t written an extension for it either — must say I never missed it here.
