Robocopy   [General]

Robocopy preserves time and date stamps (like ZTree) xcopy behaves like copy and explorer (modification date preserved, creation time/date set to first time/date the file copied onto target media).

As far as I know, Robocopy comes pre-installed with Windows 7 and up. (But I still use XP)
