[Zeta] v2.4.169 Now Available [Zeta]

I have been using 2.4.169 for a while and it works beautifully. However, I have observed one apparent anomaly:

In the "Delete" and "Prune" activities, I no longer see the option

F4 Use Recycle Bin (yes)

displayed. Is this deliberate?
