Quote https://mega.nz/pro
"Transfer speed is unrelated to Transfer quota. The quality of your file transfers' speed can be affected by many factors beyond our control, such as your local network and your Internet Service Provider. MEGA always processes file transfers at the maximum possible speed regardless of your account status."

In general, few large files transfer much faster than thousands of smaller files.

You can do such thing with Crashplan.

Note however that Crashplan is a real dedicated backup service, as opposed to OneDrive, Dropbox, Mega etc.. which are rather files repository, mostly for sharing.
