I think this is unkind and unhelpful. I think Ryan only needs to break his issues up into separate postings, and we can work through them.

My impression is of an older computer user, with the unusual characteristics of being a power user, but also not being up to date with current OSs and terminology, bravely trying to get up to date. Let's help?
