From memory the change was part of the Directory mode work.
Directory mode was released in v2.4.0 see http://www.ztw3.com/forum/forum_entry.php?id=111421
[F]ile got renamed to [F]ull path, so that the same key can be used regardless of the context.
Probably under this change
Version 2.4.39 (26 August 2011)
Change- Ctrl-Ins (FW) - Menu options reworded
The Beta.txt and history.txt files document what has changed.
