Ctrl-Tag, Ctrl-S, webapps, Return
Ctrl-Enter, to only show the tagged files
Ctrl-S,webapps*NotThis,Return
Ctrl-Invert,T
Ctrl-Enter, to switch back to showing all files

Then the tagged files will have "webapps" but where the text is not followed by "NotThis"
