I've had a few instances of ZSHELL64.EXE hanging, or even multiple copies, and that really hogged the CPU Usage... The zombie ZSHELL64.EXE processes could not be "closed" by exiting ZTW. I had to kill them with Windows Task Manager, and that fixed the problem, which did not soon reoccur.
