I don't understand why you are tampering with RGB numbers.
The ztree ZIP contains a ZCOLORS.IN_ whiich can be renamed/copied to ZCOLORS.INI to get the default values.

These are the colour values of my unchanged console mode windows:

black 000
dark blue 0 0 128
green 0 128 0
cyan 0 128 128
red 128 0 0
magenta 128 0 128
brown 128 128 0
light grey 192 192 192
dark grey 128 128 128
bri blue 0 0 255
bri green 0 255 0
bri cyan 0 255 255
bri red 255 0 0
bri magenta 255 0 255
bri yellow 255 255 0
white 255 255 255
