Liviu, The directory structure is identical - they're slightly different configurations of Mingw that I'm trying to get a list of which files are different in each structure.

John G, I'll give what you suggested a go later today & come back - although to be truthful, I've gone past using Ztree for the folder compare - now using WinMerge.
