David
It's stored in byte 22 of the zt= value in the ZTW.HST file.
Do you run multiple copies of ZTree?
If so I expect that the last to close wins, close all but one instance of ZTree, change the extension display width, close ZTree.
Or use the History list F3 Save, F4 Load options.
I have a powershell script that merges ZTW.HST files from multiple instances, that might help with the other history lists, but for zt= the last write wins.
If you only run a single instance, then maybe the ZTW.HST file isn't being saved, or is being virtualized and possibly lost.
