I don't think the GUID will contain that, they are typically somewhat randomly generated.

Take a look at this utility though, it can extract the metadata from files and it's pretty common that in the metadata of the files you are interested in you can find the original create date, burned into the data of the file when it was first created.

Here are a couple of examples from files on my system. You may have to do a little BAT scripting (or PS1) to process the output and do the rename, but it might help automate the process...
