obviously you also could directly manipulate the filename based on the EXIF timestamp with exiftool, see https://exiftool.org/filename.html for syntax + examples

but I confess that the cmd line syntax is a bit ... convoluted ...

a freeware tool that is easier to use may be https://www.softwareok.com/?seite=Microsoft/NewFileTime ...
