I was specifically asking for the SYSTEM, not file dates and times, as
I tend to name practically all of my media, screenshots, backups, logs...
starting with the yyyymmdd or yyyymmddhhnnss prefix. Such names sort
perfectly, unlike idiotic names where AUGxxx comes before JANxxx, for example.
Dates and times are just natural numbers that grow, with some huge gaps in between :-)

In lots of batch files and F9 scripts I need to do this to construct
some strings:

:: Get date from *my* system (yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss)
FOR /f "tokens=1-3 delims=- " %%a in ('DATE/T') do SET yyyymmdd=%%a-%%b-%%c
FOR /f "tokens=1-2 delims=: " %%a in ('TIME/T') do SET hh=%%a:00:01

I use the above DATE format in Windows, which is not portable!

So yes, my ZEP is not the same as yours. Let's see if they get any attention.
