Perhaps I'm missing something, but I don't think this would be a good idea. At the directory window level, we already have the '*' key to re-log all subdirectories, (and, of course the '+' key to re-log the current level, making Alt-F3 redundant here). In the file window, only the current directory is visible, and we might not want to lose the tags on the subdirectories, so I don't think it would be good to re-log the subdirectories from here. Perhaps a new function could be added to the file window to do this, if it's necessary, but it only takes three keystrokes to accomplish this anyway (Esc, *, Enter). ZTree works like XTree did, so I think we ought to leave it like it is.
