Adobe Acrobat (full version, not the free reader) is _the_ PDF editor.

Not sure about PRN - is this another format, or the printer output file?

As for converting PDF to text, you can copy/paste from Acrobat to Notepad, or create a generic/text-only printer and try print the PDF to it.
