As I wrote previously, my only regret is that Ztree Launcher is not written with a real programming language, but only with a free batch language limited by design by the author. This simplicity has advantages as the source code is editable by anybody with limited programming knowledge, but there are inherent limitations to what can be done.

Yet, the latest version has the following path variables that can be access generically from within Ztree (Treespec or anything else). Very useful as far as I am concerned, especially when working on different machines.

#ZTPATHARCH, #ZTPATHADDINS, #ZTPATHTOOLS = User-definied dirs (can be absolute or relative to Ztree directory)
#ZTOS = Name of OS (example mine is: "Windows NT 5.1 (Build 2600)"
#ZTPERSONALDIR= Current User, My Documents folder
#ZTDESKTOPDIRALL = All Users, Desktop folder
#ZTDESKTOPDIR = Current User, Desktop folder
#ZTFAVORITESDIRALL = All Users, Favorites folder
#ZTFAVORITESDIR = Current User, Favorites folder
#ZTSTARTMENUDIRALL =All Users, Start Menu folder
#ZTSTARTMENUDIR = Current User, Start Menu folder
#ZTSTARTUPDIRALL = All Users, Startup folder in Start Menu folder
#ZTSTARTUPDIR = Current User, Startup folder in Start Menu folder
#ZTPROGRAMSDIRALL = All Users, Programs folder in Start Menu folder
#ZTPROGRAMSDIR = Current User, All Users, Programs folder in Start Menu folder
#ZTCOOKIESDIR = Current User, Cookies folder
#ZTHISTORYDIR = Current User, History folder
#ZTINTERNETCACHEDIR = Current User, Temporary Internet files folder
#ZTRECENTDIR = Curent User, Recent files folder
#ZTSENDTODIR = Current User, Sent to folder
