Those are the first two (displayed) lines containing tabs.

a) What happens when (in the modified file) you scroll down (or Page Down) to more ancient versions? (Those lines also contain tab characters)

b) What happens if you press [Tab] while viewing a different file (thereby changing your tab width settings), and go back to view the offending file?

d) What happens when you view a different text file containing Tab characters?

c) What happens if you move your ZTW.HST file to somewhere else?

Could it perhaps be your antivirus that has a problem with tabs in lines containing "(release"...? (Just shooting in the dark here) Oh, wait, v1.72 has no trouble, does it?
