[Bug] Viewer - Dump - Masked - ANSI shows 'ú' instead of '·' [Release]

[V]iew a (jpg) file, [D]ump mode, [M]ask; in OEM mode all is well:

But after switching [C]harset to ANSO, the masked characters are masked with the wrong character:
