Thanks all, very much, for the kind words.
It's been a difficult few weeks, only having learnt of my father's serious illness in October.
I was lucky enough to get back to Oz for a week that allowed me to spend some really quality time with him, while his mind was still 100%. I'll treasure those memories forever.

I felt it appropriate I do something in the name of men's health, so have been growing a mo!
