Maybe not width-22, because that would entirely cover the file list(s) on the left.
We still want to see the familiar file list and not have to guess what is
covered by the popup's dozen or so lines.

Again, we could try with 80% of the available width (minus Stats) and see
how it works. In my environment, the popup seems to use about 20% and the
wrapping does not look nice.

With today's screens, Version and Owner items would never wrap;
only an occasional Name would, and only once or twice.
