How to implement archiver list index [Wish]

It's easy to implement this: you only need to edit archiver.bb2 (be careful and keep a backup).
You need to change the first line of the entry for each archiver. Thus change
'PKZip 4.x/5.0 for Windows [LFN]'
to
'1: PKZip 4.x/5.0 for Windows [LFN]'
(leaving out the quotes).

When you restart ZTree each archiver has an index. Of course, it's up to you to ensure that the index stays consistent.
