Yes, I suppose they would be the minority. I for one would prefer it default to zero.

Its a bit like placing all programmes in the default 'Program Files' branch. Just as it can be eliminated by intead choosing 'programs' during all automated installations, the time zone can be set to UTC+0 (no summer time) ie Casablanca. Do this by settings/Date&Time/Time Zone choose GMT Casablanca and untick 'automatically adjust click for daylight savings changes'

Perhaps, Michael, we could campaign on this together. Perhaps 'this could be the start of a beautiful friendship':-)
