UK invisible or Help incorrect [Release]

Thanks Ben, I thought I had tried that key combination. (Evidently not)

However the ZTree Help in section 2.12 does not mention the UK keyboard.

Whilst the section is titled Non-US Keyboards, the 1st column in the table is "US" - should this have been "UK", or should there have been an additional column.
