I suspect it's related to Windows XP.

The MSDN article for the QueryFullProcessingImageName function contains the following remark:
"Starting with Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2, Psapi.h establishes version numbers for the PSAPI functions. The PSAPI version number affects the name used to call the function and the library that a program must load."
Since I copied someone else's code and only tested it on my Windows 7 machines, it worked perfectly. I'll see if I can figure out how to adjust it so that it works on Windows XP as well.
